Calcium Chloride
Great Lakes Chloride has a signature mixture of calcium chloride that works in all kinds of weather. Our mixture is made with 32% calcium chloride and works in sub-zero temperatures. It is also superior in preventing snow and ice from forming on roads and will help you save money thanks to its fast-acting melting properties. This product also helps reduce bounce and shatter losses. Great Lakes Chloride’s mixture is great for many uses such as deicing, anti-icing, pre-wetting solids, and so much more.
Calcium Chloride with Boost
This light brown liquid is a blend of Great Lakes Chloride signature 32% calcium chloride mixture with added corrosion inhibitor. What sets this apart from other anti-icing and deicing calcium chloride mixtures is that it is PNS (Pacific Northwest Snowfighters) certified. This mixture is perfect for fighting against sub-zero temperatures and speeds up the snow-melting process. Great Lakes Chloride Calcium Chloride with Boost will lower the freezing point of salt and/ or brine applications. This product is great to use when you want to prevent ice from forming, melting snow on roads, and more!
Meltdown Apex – C
Like all of our other products, this one uses Great Lakes Chloride’s 32% mixture and is blended with an odorless corrosion inhibitor that is ideal for roads located in cities and neighborhoods and towns or private businesses that are concerned about their appearances. This product is perfect for use in sub-zero temperatures and great for fast melting action. Meltdown Apex-C is 70% less corrosive than rock salt and protects against bounce and scatter loss.
Boost- SB
Boost- SB is an inhibitor that can be customized to fit the blend you would like added. If you customize the Boost-SB at an 80/ 20 blend, then it will become PNS certified. This inhibitor is great for mixing with mineral well brines, typical brines, and other liquids.
