Refund and Return Policy

At Great Lakes Chloride, we specialize in dust control services for roads and surfaces by spraying specialized chemical treatments. Because our service involves the permanent application of a chemical product directly onto the road or surface, once the product has been sprayed, it cannot be returned or removed. For this reason, we do not accept returns of any kind.

No Refunds for Completed Services
We do not offer refunds or cancellations once the dust control treatment has been applied. Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the job.

Remedy for Mistakes Made on Our End
If we make an error in the application of the treatment (for example, incorrect coverage area, missed sections, or improper application that was clearly our responsibility), we will return to the site at no additional charge to correct the issue. To qualify for a remedy:

• You must notify us within 7 days of the completion of the service.
• Provide your date of service, location, and a clear description (with photos if possible) of the issue.
• We reserve the right to inspect the site before performing any corrective work.

Exceptions and Limitations

• This policy does not apply to any separate written contract that may override these terms.
• We are not responsible for issues caused by weather, traffic, improper site preparation by the customer, or any factors outside our control.
• All disputes will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
